The Shelly table has round table legs that are mounted 2 degrees obliquely outwards which gives the table character. In addition, there is a steel frame used instead of the traditional frame between the legs. This frame has two important functions namely to protect the table top against the natural action (warping) of solid wood and to make a very solid connection between the table top and table legs. The massive beech tops are 2.8 cm. thick. It’s also possible for quotations in oak. The clearance under the table, 70 cm, allows the use of wheelchairs and chairs (high) armrests possible
A column sitting table. The solid wooden tops are, when necessary, made with strengthening bars and also linear grooves have been included underneath. In order to minimise the natural effect of wood. The table top is 2,8, 3 or 4,5 cm thick. The height is standard 75 cm. Other sizes are available upon request. You can easily draw up (wheel) chairs with an armrest at this table. The clearance height is the total height minus the top thickness. The column, adjusted to the size of the table top, is hollow (can be reinforced) and veneered. The bottom side of the column consists of a 10 centimetre high stainless steel skirting.
